Set of seven architectural drawings of house for Carroll G. Seward in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #399) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed. The builder was Edmund C. McLaughlin.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
