Description

Set of fourteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Stetson in Presque Isle, Maine (commission #1342) including three elevations, three plans, and eight details. All drawings are dated; two are signed by Robert E. Minot or Warren J. Rhoter.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapbaord, flush board, and shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, lavatory, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
