Description

Set of seven architectural drawings of an unidentified house at an unidentified location (commission #415) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a whitewashed brick and flush board exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
