Drawings depict a two-story Garrison-style house with an asphalt shingle saltbox roof and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
