Description

Set of six architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. William W. Claflin in Marion, Massachusetts (commission #1266) including two elevations, three plans, and one rendering. Most drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills or Robert E. Minot; some drawings are dated. Notation on binding strip of drawings indicated that project was abandoned and not built.

Drawings depict a three-level house with a living room with fireplace, two studies (one with fireplace), sun room, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and dressing room.
