Set of twenty-eight architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Hinchey in Dover, New Hampshire (commission #1729) including three elevations, fourteen detail drawings, one cross section, one rendering, and three plans. Some drawings are signed and dated by Richard Wills, and John F. Howard.
Drawings deptict a two-story Cape Cod house with a salt box, two car garage; cedar shingle roof, clapboard, flushboard, and shingle exterior.

First floor has a living room with a fireplace, family room with a fireplace and "grille," dining room, kitchen, lavatory, two bedrooms, a bathroom.
