Description

Set of thirty two architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Everett Hicks in Worcester, Massachusetts (commission #1757) including eight plans, five elevations, one plot plan, one rendering, fourteen details, one heating plan, and two sketches. Most drawings are signed and dated by Ken Duprey, Warren Rhoter, and Robert Minot.

Two-story Cape Cod house with salt box, two car garage, and a white washed brick and flush board exterior.

Basement has a play room with a fireplace, proposed fall out shelter, and future lavatory.

First floor has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered breeze way, three bedrooms, dining room, two bath rooms, and a lavatory.

Second floor has one bedrom and storage area.
