Set of ten architectural drawings of house for Albert Vanderhoof in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #512) including four elevations, three plans, and two details. No drawings are signed or dated. Edmund C. McLaughlin was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a brick and clapboard exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
