Set of twelve architectural drawings of parish house for St. Peter's Episcopal Church in East Deering, Maine (commission #1486) including three elevations, three plans, and six details. Some drawings are signed by Ken Duprey or Robert E. Minot; all drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a saltbox garage wing, two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage.
