Set of nine architectural drawings of house for John D. Hodges in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #1122) including three elevations, four plans, one plot plan, and one topographical map. Most drawings are signed and dated by Ken Duprey. Topographical map was done by civil engineer William S. Crocker of Boston, Massachusetts.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a one-story garage wing, a slate hip roof, and a brick and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
