Set of nine architectural drawings of house for William M. Hilliard in Lincoln, Massachusetts (commission #145) including four elevations, three plans, and two details. No drawings are dated; five are signed by Royal Barry Wills.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with three dormers, modified Gambrel wood shingle roof, clapboard exterior, and a one-story wing with saltbox roofline. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, office, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and attached two-car garage.
