Set of four architectural drawings of house for Mrs. Arthur W. Chesterton in Scituate, Massachusetts (commission #470 including three elevations and one plan. No drawings are dated or signed. Some plans are torn and in poor condition.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a wood shingle roof and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, maid's room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
