Description

Set of thirteen architectural drawings of house for H. L. Bruce in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #618) including four elevations, three plans, one blueprint of presentation rendering, three plot plans, and two details. Presentation rendering is by Associated Civil Engineers (Melrose, Massachusetts) and is dated. Rendering is signed by Royal Barry Wills. No other drawings are signed or dated.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior.
