Description

Set of six architectural drawings of house for client names Steele in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #535-A) including four elevations and two plans. No drawings are dated or signed. Builder was Maurice A. Dunlavy.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Floorplan is based on commission #535 but with a different exterior.
