Set of seven architectural drawings of house for Ralph Kenney in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #387) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick, stucco, and board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
