Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival with a two car garage, an asphalt, hip roof; clapboard, flushboard and wood quoins.
House has an open floor plan in the basement. Upper floors have four bedrooms, three baths, one dressing room, a living room with a fireplace, a study with a fireplace, kitchen, eating area and a dining room.
