Description

Set of eighteen architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. John J. Fahey in Boxford, Massachusetts (commission #1928) including three elevations, three plans, one cross section, one plot plan, and nine details. Some drawings are signed and dated by John F. Howard

The drawings depict a 2 floor extended Cape Cod House with a one car garage. House has a red cedar shingle roof with white cedar shingle, clapboard, and flush board exterior.

Basement has an open area floor plan, a designated laundry area, and crawl space. The first floor has a living room with fire place, a dining room, family room with a fireplace, a kitching with eating area, a lavatory, owners bedroom and a bathroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
