Drawings are signed and dated by Richard Wills. Landscape plan is by Ron Boucher Associates of Sudbury, Massachusetts; plot plan is by John R. Snellig of Lincoln, Massachusetts.
Alterations include enclosing a porch in 1987 and a 1992-1993 addition of a screened porch.
