Set of ten architectural drawings of house for Dr. and Mrs. Charles R. Baisley in Reading, Massachusetts (commission #1597-A) including three elevations, three plans, one plot plan, one topographic map, one rendering, and one detail. Most drawings are signed by Richard Wills but are not dated. Topographic map is by surveyor H. Kingman Abbott of Reading, Massachusetts. Drawings present an alternate design to that shown in commission #1597.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, kitchen, three bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
