Set of twenty-nine architectural drawings of house for S. M. Best in New London, New Hampshire (commission #1299) including four elevations, three plans, and twenty-two details. All drawings are dated. Drawings are signed by a number of delineators including Warren Rhoter, Robert Minot, Ken Duprey, J MS. and E T.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a slate roof and a clapboard, flush board, and whitewashed brick exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms (one with fireplace), three bathrooms, and attached two-car garage.
