Description

Set of seventeen architectural drawings of house for Julian C. Howe in Wellesley Farms, Massachusetts (commission #120) including four elevations, three plans, one plot plan, and nine details. Plot plan is dated and signed by C. H. Gannett, Civil Engineer, Boston. One drawing is signed "R B Wills."

Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Colonial Revival-style house with a wood shingle roof and a clapboard and shingle exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, nursery, and two bathrooms.
