Set of four architectural drawings for alterations to existing house for H. H. Halvorson in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #1174) including two elevations and two plans. Most drawings are dated; all are signed by Robert E. Minot. Original house was commission #782 for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy.
