*FRAGILE - many drawings within the commission are badly torn.
Two-story Cape Cod house with a Gambrel, wood shake roof; a flush board, clapboard, and stone veneer exterior.
House has a garage and covered porch, three bedrooms one witha bath and fire place, a maid's room with a bath, three additional bedrooms, a lavatory, living room, dressing room, powder room, kitchen with eating area, dining room, study with a fireplace, and three bathrooms.
