Description

Set of thirty architectural drawings for a house for Mr. and Mrs. Louis Risman in Medford, Massachusetts (commission #1973). All drawings are initialed by D.T.G, and Ken Duprey

One-story extended Cape Cod house with a second hand slate roof; stone veneer, rough sawn board, and clapboard exterior. House has a basement with family room with a fireplace, a laundry room, and a work room; two bedrooms and two baths and a lavatory. House has a living room, study with a fireplace, kitchen with a breakfast nook, dining room, laundry room and a book area, family room with with a fireplace.
