Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel salt box style house with a shingle, clapboard, and flush board exterior. House has workshop, future rec room with fireplace, living room with fireplace, study, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, future lavatory, two car garage, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
