Description

Set of nineteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Tuttle in Colusa, California (commission #1704 including three elevations, three plans, ten details, one plot plan, one sketch, and one rendering. Drawings are signed by Warren Rhoter, Richard Wills, and Ken Duprey; some drawings are dated.

Drawings depict a two-story Colonial house with offset salt box two car garage, wood roof, clapboard, and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, family room, dining room, kitchen with eating area, bathroom office. Second floor has tghree bedrooms (one with a fireplace), and two bathrooms.
