Description

Set of twenty-three architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Daniel J. Curtin in Dewitt, New York (commission #1927) including four elevations, three plans, fourteen details, one plot plan, and one rendering. Most drawings are signed and dated by Robert E. Minot, or Leon Keatch.

Drawings depict a two story Colonial Revival house with a one car garage; a wood roof, white washed brick, flush board exterior.

Basement has an open floor plan and a crawl space.
