Salter in Augusta, Maine (commission #1696) including three elevations, three plans, nineteen details, one plot plan, one cross section, one initial sketch, and one rendering. Drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills; most drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two story Colonial Revival with a one story garage wing. The house has a cedar shingle roof with a clapboard and flushboard exterior.
The basement has a room with a fireplace. The first floor has a living room with a a fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, keeping room with a fireplace, lavatory, and two car garage. The second floor has four bedrooms and two baths.
