Set of nineteen architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Crocker Wight in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #1344) including three elevations, two plans, three plot plans, two renderings, and nine details. Some drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills or Richard Wills. One plot plan is by engineers Henry F. Bryant & Son Inc. of Brookline, Massachusetts.
Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a whitewashed brick and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, maid's room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level. A covered porch is an undated addition.
