Description

Set of twenty-four architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Lee F. Burke in Princeton, Massachusetts (commission #1659) including five elevations, five plans, one plot plan, one rendering, and twelve details. Some drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, John F. Howard, or Warren J. Rhoter.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a clapboard and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
