Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a saltbox garage and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, living room/kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
