Set of thirty-two architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. George W. Benedict Jr. in Cohasset, Massachusetts (commission #1632) including seven elevations, four plans, two plot plans, one rendering, and seventeen details. Some drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills or Richard Wills; most drawings are dated. Also included is an undated drawing for a cabin with bunks by architect D. A. Reed of Cohasset, Massachusetts.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a one-story wing, a shingle roof, and a wood siding exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, family room, dining room, kitchen, eating area, lavatory, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A workshop is on the basement level.
