Description

Set of five architectural drawings for alterations to existing house for Mr. Arthur Sewell at "Stone House Farm" in Bath, Maine (commission #1734) including two plans and three details. Some drawings are signed and dated by Robert E. Minot. Also included is one blueprint of a plan, dated 1955, by architect Elizabeth G. Patel in Apponaug, Rhode Island.

Alterations include modifications to a library.
