Description

Set of twenty-nine architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Stone in Winchester, Massachusetts (commission #1414) including four elevations, three plans, four plot plans, five framing plans, and thirteen details. Some drawings are signed by Ken Duprey, Robert E. Minot, or Warren J. Rhoter; many drawings are dated. Plot plan is by Frederick A. Ewell of Winchester, Massachusetts.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with one front dormer, a wood shingle roof, and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, covered porch, sewing room, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
