Description

Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. W. Ward Harvey in Newport, Rhode Island (commission #1235) including four elevations, three plans, and one plot plan. Drawings are signed by Warren J. Rhoter but are not dated.

Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. A future room with fireplace is shown on the basement level.
