Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, a one-story wing, a cedar shingle roof, and a shingle xterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered breezeway, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A room with fireplace is on the basement level.
