Description

Set of twenty-eight architectural drawings of "Deluxe" model house for Westinghouse Electric in West Hartford, Connecticut (commission #1147) including five elevations, seven plans, three heating plans, one rendering, and twelve details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, or Walter H. Pratt.

Drawings depict an extended two-story Cape Cod-style house with one front dormer, a wood shingle roof, and a shingle and flush board exterior.
