Drawings depict a split-level ranch-style house with a wood shingle roof and a pine board and brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, play room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered porch with a built-in "barbeque" unit.
