Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A room with fireplace is on the basement level.
