Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for Lawrence Edmands in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #701) including four elevations, three plans, and four details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Nataniel Perry Tufts. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. A game room and one-car garage are shown on the basement level.
