Set of forty-four architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Deran W. Hintlian in Winchester, Massachusetts (commission #1490) including four elevations, five plans, one cross section, six framing plans, one plot plan, two renderings, three electrical plans, one interior elevation, and twenty-one details. Many drawings are signed and dated by Merton S. Barrows, Warren J. Rhoter, or Richard Wills. One plan is noted as being an alteration but is not dated.
Drawings depict a two-story ranch-style house with a shake shingle roof and a stone exterior with boards and batten. House has living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, eating area, lavatory, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
