Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with a saltbox garage, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
