Set of twenty-five architectural drawings of house for John B. Hopkins in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #1397) including seven elevations, six plans, two framing plans, one sketch, three renderings, and six details. Most drawings are dated; one is signed by Robert E. Minot. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a clapboard and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, utility room, sunroom, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. A playroom with fireplace and a two-car garage are on the basement level.
