Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #1393) including three elevations, two plans, and two framing plans. All drawings are signed by Warren J. Rhoter or Richard Wills; most drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a one-story ranch-style house with a stone and shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, library with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, greenhouse, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
