Set of twenty-one architectural drawings for alterations to existing house for George A. Butler in Worcester, Massachusetts (commission #1363) including four elevations, twelve plans, two renderings, two rough sketches, and one detail. Some drawings are dated and signed by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, or Warren J. Rhoter.
Alterations include: removal of a balustrade; new living room fireplace; new dining room bow window; and an addition with bar, kitchen, laundry, family room with fireplace, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
