Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Carl R. Frye in Bexley, Ohio (commission #1304) including three elevations, three plans, and two details. Two drawings are signed by Warren Rhoter. Other drawings note R. H. Gamertsfelder is the architect and Royal Barry Wills is the consultant.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a one-story saltbox wing, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, television room or bedroom, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
