Set of nineteen architectural drawings of house for Edwin D. Ryer in Duxbury, Massachusetts (commission #1164) including four elevations, three plans, and twelve details. Most drawings are dated and signed by Robert E. Minot, Claude Miquelle, or Warren J. Rhoter.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, a one-story wing, a wood shingle roof, and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace and workshop are on the basement level.
