Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for builder August Johnson Associates at an unidentified location (commission #280) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, and three details. Two drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a stucco, board, and brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, eating nook, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level.
