Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a stucco, board, and brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, solarium, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms (one with fireplace), two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
