Description

Partial set of three architectural drawings of house for L. G. Ramsay in Marblehead, Massachusetts (commission #1043) including one elevation and two plans. Drawings are dated but not signed. John Lyons was the contractor. House is based on one depicted on page 59 of "Houses for Homemakers."

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod style house with two front dormers. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, and an attached one-car garage. Plan for second floor is missing.
